Fan Rushes the Ring During Seth Rollins' Promo on WWE Raw

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins had some unexpected company during Monday’s episode of Raw.

According to Sean Rueter of SB Nation’s Cageside Seats, a fan entered the ring during the wrestler’s promo and was promptly “subdued.”

TMZ reported on Tuesday that the fan, 23-year-old Edward Ferrero, was "arrested for assault and criminal trespass."

Ferrero bit one of the security guards on the forearm, according to Monica Chavarria of KZTV 10.

According to Brad Davis of SEScoops, the incident occurred when Rollins was in the middle of calling out Finn Balor. Commentator Michael Cole suggested Rollins was “in a trance” instead of giving the intruder more airtime, although Rollins was actually watching the fan's encounter with security, per Davis.
