Robert Allenby Arrested: Latest Details, Comments and Reaction
Australian golfer Robert Allenby was arrested outside a casino in Rock Island, Illinois, just hours after he failed to make the cut for the 2016 John Deere Classic.
As reported by Katrina Lamansky of WQAD, the local police department confirmed the 45-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing, with his bond set at $1,500.
Allenby missed the cut of the John Deere Classic by three strokes after shooting even-par 142.

The two-time PGA Tour of Australia Order of Merit winner has mostly made headlines for a series of incidents off the golf course in recent years, having failed to make the cut in 20 of the 22 events he has competed in this season.
Per Joel Beall of Golf Digest, he claimed he was drugged and kidnapped in a bizarre incident during last year's Sony Open in Hawaii, a story his own caddie dismissed as a lie. Later in 2015, he sacked his caddie in the middle of a tournament, on the fourth hole of the Canadian Open, per Tim Wharnsby of Reuters (for the Daily Mail).
