Brooks Expected to Provide Anchor on Interior of Eagles Offensive Line
Philadelphia invested $40 million over five years in the mammoth guard this spring, and he battled a hamstring injury at the start of training camp that had already hindered his availability throughout the summer.
If Brooks would have had to miss time, the Eagles would have turned to veteran offensive lineman Stefan Wisniewski, who is capable of plugging in at right guard or center in a pinch.
