Edelman Active vs. Seahawks

The Patriots announced Edelman was available to play on Sunday against Seattle.
According to the Patriots' injury report, Edelman practiced on a limited basis all week—which has been standard operating procedure throughout 2016.
Edelman Continues to Battle Nagging Injuries
Injuries have always been a part of Edelman's NFL tenure. The 30-year-old has missed at least one game in six of his first seven seasons, but when he's on the field, there are few receivers who boast his level of consistency.
Last season, in just nine games, Edelman finished third on the Patriots with 61 receptions and second with 692 yards and seven touchdowns.
Edelman was hobbled during training camp, landing on the PUP list while still recovering from offseason foot surgery. He suffered another leg injury on the first day he was activated off the PUP list.
And while he hasn't been on a roll this season, Edelman found paydirt for the first time in 2016 two weeks ago when he hauled in four passes for 37 yards and a score against the Buffalo Bills.
Matched up against one of the league's most physically imposing secondaries, the Patriots need Edelman to put forth one of his best efforts of the season in order for the AFC East leaders to stay on a roll in the scoring column.
