It's easy to be forgotten in the crowded UFC featherweight division, but Teruto Ishihara is doing everything he can to make sure he stands out. That was on full display at UFC Fight Night 92 as the Japanese knockout artist injected some life into a relatively dreary event with some wacky post-fight antics following a first-round starching of Horacio Gutierrez.

Included in those antics was a reiteration of his two goals in MMA: acquire currency and attractive women. And judging from his Twitter account...it was a pretty good night for him:

It's the latest example of the steady rise of Ishihara's eccentricity and celebrity. Ishihara was first introduced to western fans at UFC Fight Night 75 in the final bout of Road to UFC: Japan (a spin-off of The Ultimate Fighter) as someone who "only got into fighting to attract good-looking girls from around the world."

While that initially started as him winking and waving to Octagon girls, his shtick has evolved into one of the most ridiculous things in MMA today.

On top of being one of MMA's most interesting characters, he is quickly becoming one of its most exciting fighters. Since becoming an official part of the roster, he has broken off impressive knockouts in back-to-back bouts.

At this point, Ishihara is a must-watch fighter, both in the cage and on social media.
