Cats Show Unique Talent at Hallmark's Kitten Summer Games

The events in Brazil aren't the only "Olympics" occurring this summer.

Hallmark Channel hosted its first Kitten Summer Games to coincide with the opening ceremony for the 2016 Summer Olympics on Friday night.

The games, per the Associated Press (h/t NBC4i.com), featured roughly 90 shelter kittens provided by North Shore Animal League America "competing" in events such as sprinting, vaulting and other adorable activities.

According to the AP, all of the cats who competed were adopted following the filming of the special.
