Arsenal Transfer News: Latest on Julian Draxler, Isco Rumours
More clubs are being linked with a move for Wolfsburg star Julian Draxler, as Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined Arsenal and Everton as suitors, while Spanish reports state Real Madrid have put longtime Gunners target Isco up for sale.
According to The Independent (h/t the Daily Star's Jamie Anderson), Everton have made the first move for Draxler, opening talks with his club in the past few days. Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio (h/t Anderson) said PSG are also keeping an eye on the situation. However, Die Wolfe insist the 22-year-old won't be sold.
The report mentions a £63 million release clause, but German football pundits maintain said condition will not become active until next summer. Jan Aage Fjortoft is one of those saying as much:

Draxler rocked the transfer market by stating his intention to leave Wolfsburg after just one season with the club, telling Bild (via ESPN FC's Stefan Buczko) he wanted a transfer after UEFA Euro 2016.
Die Wolfe quickly shot down speculation, making it clear they have no intention of selling the player, but the situation has turned ugly since then. As shared by Tom Coast of Sport Witness, Bild has reported the club has fined the Germany international €100,000, which won't help matters:
Draxler moved to Wolfsburg last summer, replacing Kevin De Bruyne, and he flashed enough talent to earn a spot in Germany's Euro 2016 squad. He impressed greatly in France, catching the eye of some of the biggest clubs in Europe, and that interest likely fuelled his desire for a move.
Per Anderson, Arsenal have long been credited with an interest in Draxler, and if the youngster does become available, they'll be among the favourites to sign him. PSG could prove a major obstacle, however, as the Ligue 1 giants are flush with cash and not afraid to show their financial muscle on the transfer market.

New manager Unai Emery has yet to make a big splash this summer, and signing an upcoming star such as Draxler, who has the potential to have a major future ahead of him, would be the type of move that truly signals his arrival.
The former Schalke 04 man may still struggle with consistency, but he has all of the tools to be a star attacking midfielder, as you can see in the video below:
Wolfsburg are determined not to sell, however, and this close to the start of the new season, it's easy to see why. Die Wolfe will need their young playmaker in order to push for a top-four finish in the Bundesliga and would have little time to find a replacement―don't be surprised if they stand firm and refuse to give in.
Isco could be an alternative, and according to AS (h/t Metro's Mark Brus), Real Madrid have put the former Malaga man up for sale, as Los Blancos want to gather some extra funds to use later in the transfer window.
Ed Malyon of the Daily Mirror wasn't surprised:
The 24-year-old has seen a stark decrease in playing time since Zinedine Zidane became manager of Real in January. And with Marco Asensio impressing in pre-season and Lucas Vazquez finishing the 2015-16 campaign strongly, things aren't looking up for Isco.
Both he and James Rodriguez could be attractive options for clubs like Arsenal, and they would both net Real a hefty amount of cash that could be invested in other areas of the pitch.
Isco's 2015-16 season may have been a disappointment, but the Spain international is still bursting with talent, as you can see in the video below:
If Real have made him available for transfer, bids should follow shortly, with there being the possibility he could rediscover his form away from the Spanish capital.
Isco wouldn't come cheap, but top talents never do. He could be one of the best signings of the summer, providing he ends up in the right situation and finally gets some consistent playing time.
