Aldon Smith Reportedly Checks Himself into Rehab: Latest Details, Reaction
Oakland Raiders outside linebacker Aldon Smith has reportedly checked into a treatment center.
TMZ Sports reported Friday the decision came after a video that allegedly showed Smith smoking a blunt was posted online. He denied it was him in the video, and the report noted it's unclear why he's seeking treatment. Bill Williamson of FanRag Sports confirmed he has checked into a facility.
Ed Werder of ESPN.com previously reported the NFL is investigating the incident. The video in question featured a conversation between a man and a woman but never showed their faces. It ended with the man stating: "They don't know it's me. It's not like I put 'Aldon Smith.'"
