New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is an 11-time Pro Bowler, a two-time NFL MVP, a four-time Super Bowl champion and a three-time Super Bowl MVP.
That's arguably the most impressive resume of any quarterback in NFL history. So when somebody asks New England coach Bill Belichick if a player with 31 career pass attempts will unseat his future Hall of Fame quarterback, you can understand why he'd scoff.

While Brady serves his four-game Deflategate suspension at the beginning of the 2016 season, Patriots fans will be hoping the inexperienced Jimmy Garoppolo can hold down the fort until Brady gets back. There are some people, however, who wonder if there's any chance Garoppolo could earn the starting job even once Brady is eligible to return should he play out of his mind.
It's fine to wonder about that on your own—just don't ask Belichick about it.
