Jimmy Walker sunk a three-foot putt to edge Jason Day for the 2016 PGA Championship at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, New Jersey.

Day—who was playing directly in front of Walker—holed a clutch eagle to put the pressure on the eventual champion. Walker needed a par on 18, and he recovered from a poor second shot to claim the Wanamaker Trophy.

Walker secured his first major championship victory.

Daniel Summerhays finished at 10 under par, while Branden Grace, Hideki Matsuyama and Brooks Koepka ended at nine under.
