Konami has secured a "premium partnership" with La Liga giants Barcelona for Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 that will see the club's famed Camp Nou stadium exclusively featured in the game through 2020.

PES has released a Barcelona-themed trailer for the new game to celebrate the partnership, along with images of the new cover and in-game screenshots:

Konami's Asim Tanvir revealed on PlayStation.Blog that Barca's "famed offensive playing style will be fully implemented" and past kits and Blaugrana legends will be available to users.

Per VG247's Sherif Saed, Konami will be allowed "extensive" access to the Camp Nou—which, in a huge coup for PES, will not be available in FIFA 17—and the partnership will promote "much better in-game representation of many of the club's stars."

The game is scheduled to be released on Sept. 15 in Europe and on Sept. 13 in North America and will be available on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
