Barcelona Transfer News: Latest Kevin Gameiro and Arda Turan Rumours
Barcelona have reportedly reached an agreement with Sevilla to complete the signing of Kevin Gameiro as back-up to their start-studded strike force. Meanwhile, AC Milan's interest in misfit Arda Turan is gaining momentum.
According to Albert Masnou and Lluis Miguelsanz of Catalan newspaper Sport, the deal "was completed on Sunday" as Barca look to have finally snagged their much-desired fourth forward option.

The 29-year-old holds a respectable record of 67 goals in 145 total appearances for Sevilla, having moved to La Liga from Paris-Saint Germain in 2013.
Ed Malyon of the Mirror elaborated upon the deal and noted it's likely to be considered a hefty investment on behalf of La Liga's reigning champions:
Luis Suarez currently occupies the central striking reserve at the Camp Nou, on either side of forwards Lionel Messi and Neymar, and it seems unlikely Gameiro would be considered little more than backup to the former.
Yahoo Sports' Andrew Gaffney highlighted how the France international seemingly forced his way out of Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan after helping guide Sevilla to a third successive UEFA Europa League crown last season:
While his chances of starting football may seem slim, Gameiro could be a worthy investment for the Blaugrana considering he's in the prime of his career and will offer manager Luis Enrique a capable alternative in attack.
What's more, the centre-forward will offer a different dynamic to that provided by the more wily Suarez, and Sevilla will be sorry to see their star leave, per Spanish newspaper Marca:
Elsewhere, Milan's interest in a move for Turan is understood to be gathering pace, and Suhayl Al Sammari of Italian outlet Gazzetta World reported Barca's heavy spending of late could open the exit door.
Malyon backed up those claims and recently suggested the arrival of Valencia star Andre Gomes at the Camp Nou could help ease Turan out of the club:
Enrique has tied up deals to recruit Lucas Digne, Samuel Umtiti, Denis Suarez, and Gomes this summer. And in order to keep in line with Financial Fair Play regulations, Barca will reportedly sell Turan for €22 million (£18.4 million), per Al Sammari.
Turan started in just 13 of his 25 appearances for Barca last season after making a belated debut for the club in January 2016, but he could be poised for a departure just 12 months after arriving at the club.
