Chadoy Leon Turns Pushups into an Art Form

Apparently, for Chadoy Leon, as well as most humans, standard exercises are boring.

So he's turned the simple pushup into an art form. This "pushup trick artist" has just taken this move to the extreme.

Leon's Instagram page (and the House of Highlights account) is filled with impressive pushup videos. These workouts aren't for everyone, as they take some serious concentration and skill.
