T.J. Starks, a 3-star point guard in 247Sports' ratings, will be taking his ankle-shattering talents to Texas A&M in 2017.
Until then, he’s going to keep dropping high schoolers.
On Sunday, Starks violated one defender with a lethal dribble exchange, causing the opponent to do a semi-split as he hit the hardwood.
