UFC's Khalil Rountree Shouts 'Mom, Shut Up' Mid-Fight

Khalil Rountree isn't interested in hearing what his mother has to say.

But don't think him rude just yet.

He was simply busy—fellow UFC light heavyweight Andrew Sanchez was beating him down during Friday night's The Ultimate Fighter 23 finale. 

"Mom, shut up!" the 26-year-old shouted with his face pressed to the Octagon fence, with Sanchez taking a shot at his head.

And although it's unclear what was said to elicit the unusual outburst, perhaps he should have heeded her words.

Mother knows best, after all.
