One fan's sign caught the eye of John Cena when WWE Raw made a stop in Columbus, Ohio, on the Fourth of July.
It read: "I am a pediatric cancer and bone marrow transplant survivor."
The sign belonged to Isaac, a young fan who joined Cena in the ring to lead the crowd in a standing ovation. He was even wearing a red, white and blue headband with the words "Never Give Up" inscribed across it—a signature saying of Cena's.
