John Cena Rallies Raw Crowd to Give Standing Ovation for Young Cancer Survivor

One fan's sign caught the eye of John Cena when WWE Raw made a stop in Columbus, Ohio, on the Fourth of July.
It read: "I am a pediatric cancer and bone marrow transplant survivor."
The sign belonged to Isaac, a young fan who joined Cena in the ring to lead the crowd in a standing ovation. He was even wearing a red, white and blue headband with the words "Never Give Up" inscribed across it—a signature saying of Cena's.

"I always preach the motto 'Never Give Up.' It's one thing to talk about it, but it's another thing to do it." Cena said. "I wanted to make Isaac's Independence Day by giving him a moment of what it's like to be a WWE superstar."
