Marko Pjaca to Juventus: Latest Transfer Details, Reaction and More

Juventus confirmed the signing of winger Marko Pjaca from Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday, with the 21-year-old joining on a five-year deal for a fee of €23 million, which will be paid over two years.

Pjaca is a player of enormous potential, and he proved he can produce on the big stage with an excellent showing for Croatia at Euro 2016.

SportMediaset (via Football Italia) previously linked the player with AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli and Liverpool.

But he has opted to join the Serie A champions, with whom he will be a nominal replacement for Alvaro Morata as one of Europe's most exciting young attacking stars.

His preferred position is on the left flank, but he can play anywhere across the front three, including as a striker.

With Zagreb in the 2015-16 season, he netted eight goals in 28 league appearances, earning a call-up to the Croatia squad for the Euros with a number of standout displays, per WhoScored.com.

His move to Juve and Serie A is a step up, but it's a deserved one he will surely relish.

Pjaca has the quality to be a genuine star, as he is both creative on the ball and an effective goalscorer.

Under Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri and playing alongside fellow young stars Paulo Dybala and Paul Pogba, he should improve dramatically. The Bianconeri have snapped up an exciting talent.
