James Harrison, Steelers Teammates Play Version of Volleyball with Medicine Ball

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison is a workout warrior.

That's pretty clear. You don't look like this at 38 by accident:

On Tuesday, the veteran posted a clip to Instagram of himself and some teammates playing "Danneyball," which is a core exercise that resembles volleyball with a medicine ball.

This isn't the first time they've played it, either.

Danneyball looks both fun and painful.
