Irish Football Fans Attempt to Sing Baby to Sleep on Train in France

Travelling football fans at Euro 2016 have been making headlines for all the wrong reasons over the past few weeks, but the Republic of Ireland's followers have been doing their best to leave France having made a positive impression.

The latest heartwarming video to emerge from the host country shows a group of Irish supporters on a train attempting to sing a baby to sleep with a selection of classic lullabies.

The friendly troupe start with a well-synced rendition of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" before moving onto "Hush, Little Baby."

Sleep appears to evade the wide-eyed infant, but the grinning parents seem to appreciate the effort.
