Jameis Winston is going bald...for a good cause.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback put clippers (and a whole lot of trust) in the hands of Josh, a seven-year-old cancer survivor, on Wednesday for a fresh shave.
"I trust him because he had me last year," Winston said.
