Kyrie Irving Wants Nothing to Do with Klay Thompson During Game 5

Laura DeptaJun 14, 2016

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving put up 41 points in his team's 112-97 win over the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 on Monday night. He became the first player since Wilt Chamberlain to drop 40-plus points in an NBA Finals game on 70 percent shooting or better.

And he had no time for Klay Thompson.

The Warriors sharpshooter lined up to guard Irving on an inbounds pass, and Irving's reaction to his mere presence was one of utter disgust.
