So it was Creator by a nose in the Belmont Stakes.

He edged Destin, Lani and General Malibu.

Finishing a distant 11th was the Preakness winner and Kentucky Derby runner up Exaggerator.

He never had it in this race, but the race went to a deserving winner in a thrilling finish.

With that the 2016 Triple Crown is over. Three races. Three different winners.
