Phil Jackson: Shaq Showed Up to Lakers Practice with Nothing but Shoes On

Retired NBA great and TNT analyst Shaquille O'Neal has always had a great sense of humor. 

According to more than one of his former coaches, that humor involved nudity during his playing days. 

At a promotional event Monday, Phil Jackson, O'Neal's former Los Angeles Lakers coach, told ESPN's Hannah Storm about some of the big guy's antics. 

Per Kevin McGuire of The Comeback, Jackson said: 

"

Well, you know, numbers of times, he could crack a team up with humorous effects on the floor. There were times when he shocked us all in a practice situation, especially when he showed up nude with just his shoes on.

"

Ah, Shaq. 

In 2014, former Phoenix Suns coach Alvin Gentry revealed O'Neal used to enter the Suns locker room naked and prank teammates by engaging them in "Brazilian naked wrestling," per Extra Mustard. 

As for Jackson's recent comments, O'Neal just smiled and responded, "I don't remember," per Charles Curtis of For the Win.
