Sunday Preview

Wawrinka hasn’t had things all his own way in defence of his crown, although he battled well to make it through to the last 16.
Lukas Rosol—who took Wawrinka to five sets—Taro Daniel and Jeremy Chardy have all posed unique challenges for the 2015 winner. The same was expected of Troicki, who enjoyed a fine win over Gilles Simon in the previous round.
As noted by Ben Rothenberg of the New York Times, it’s been a tough year for former champions, making the Swiss’ progression all the more impressive:
Murray will look to add this title to his two previous Grand Slams and seemed back in the groove when he coasted past the dangerous Ivo Karlovic in the third round.
The 6'11" Croatian always poses a huge challenge due to his outstanding serve and exceptional groundstrokes. Murray struggled against him for spells in their match at Wimbledon last summer, but he was able to find greater consistency with his return game on clay, winning in straight sets.
Isner is another big-serving opponent for the Brit, although as noted by BBC Sport’s Russell Fuller, the Scotsman also shone with the ball in hand in his last tie:
In the women's draw, Radwanska continued her quest toward a quarter-final spot, which would match her best showing at Roland Garros.

Aside from a hiccup in the second set against Barbora Strycova, the second seed has been in tremendous form in Paris, playing with a swagger that befits her high ranking. Pironkova, enjoying her best French Open to date, will have to be at her very best to cope with Radwanska's confidence.
As we can see here, courtesy of the tournament’s official Twitter feed, Radwanska battled to the bitter end to stay in every point:
The day’s other star attraction was Muguruza, who looks like a genuine challenger for the title. Seeded fourth, the Spaniard has gone about her business with a swagger so far, dropping just five games in the two matches prior to her Round 4 showdown with Svetlana Kuznetsova.
Monday will see more big guns take to the iconic Roland Garros courts, with top seeds Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams in action against Roberto Bautista Agut and Elina Svitolina, respectively. With high-profile names either withdrawn or eliminated from the tournament already, expect a fascinating second week of tennis in the French capital.
