Bismack Biyombo Given Flagrant-1 Foul After Elbowing Kevin Love in the Jaw

Should the Toronto Raptors force a Game 7 in the Eastern Conference Finals, they'll likely be without breakout center Bismack Biyombo.

Late in the first quarter Friday night, the explosive big man's physical finish in the paint resulted in his elbow connecting with the defending Kevin Love's jaw—for which he was assessed a flagrant-1 foul.

The penalty marks Biyombo's fourth flagrant foul of the playoffs and, consequently, would result in a suspension in the possible following contest.
