New UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic: 'Cleveland, We Got a Champion, Baby!'

Ohio native Stipe Miocic dethroned UFC heavyweight championย Fabricio Werdum at UFC 198 on Saturday night in Brazil to claim the title.ย 

It wasn't just a win for Miocic; it was also a win for Cleveland sports fans in general:

Miocic was fired up after his KO victory to say the least, and his raucous shoutoutย to his local fans was definitely a highlight.ย 

The comment seemed particularly fitting, given that Believeland, ESPN's new 30 for 30ย documentary about Cleveland sports,ย aired Saturday night as well.ย 

Congrats to Miocic and Cleveland.ย
