Army Softball Player Leaps Catcher to Avoid Tag at Home

Laura DeptaJun 8, 2018

Cam Newton's "Superman" touchdown has met its match, folks. There is new blood in the "awesome circus scores" department.

Army softball player Kasey McCravey should have been out at home by a mile during a pivotal game against Lehigh on Saturday. Instead, the senior did the unthinkable. She hurdled clear over the Lehigh catcher, then doubled back to touch home plate and put her team up, 2-0. Unreal.

Army went on to win, 3-1, to advance to the Patriot League championship on Sunday.
