Vanessa de BeaumontMay 9, 2016

Perfect practice makes for perfect performances.

Adrian Peterson has proved he's capable of turning in virtually flawless outings, particularly after coming just eight yards shy of the NFL's all-time single-season rushing record.

Now he's created a place to further hone his craft, and he's inviting everyone to join him.

"We wanted it to be a one-stop shop," the Pro Bowl running back told ESPN about Houston-based O Athletik, which includes an obstacle course, a running hill, batting cages, an organic juice bar and more.

But the 35,000 square-foot space isn't geared toward the elite competitor.

"We're not making it a training facility; not promoting it and trying to get athletes to come train here. We're trying to get people that are into MMA, want to learn how to box. You can do your basic workouts, like you do at 24 Hour Fitness—only we have so much more," he said.

Perhaps with the help of O Athletik, 2016 will finally be Peterson's perfect season.
