Cubs Pink Out Wrigley Field Bleachers in Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness

In recognition of a special day, the Chicago Cubs were more than willing to see a color other than blue in the Wrigley Field bleachers.
On Mother's Day 2016, while playing host to the Washington Nationals, the Cubs held a pink-out in the stands to raise awareness for breast cancer. For the Cubs, some causes are worth putting aside your team colors and standing together as one.
The Cubs were not alone in this tribute. The Detroit Tigers also held a pink-out at Comerica Park on Sunday:

This, of course, is just one of a few things Major League Baseball does to raise awareness for the cause and honor women. Players and coaches are also wearing pink-accented uniforms and using pink bats to celebrate Mother's Day.
