Warriors vs Trail Blazers: Game 3 Video Highlights, Recap from 2016 NBA Playoffs

Adam WellsMay 7, 2016

The Portland Trail Blazers remain perfect at home in the playoffs, earning a 120-108 victory over the Golden State Warriors to get back in their Western Conference Semifinals series.

The Warriors continue to play without Stephen Curry, who is still nursing a knee injury. It's a testament to the depth and system they have established under head coach Steve Kerr that they continue to find success in the playoffs.

Draymond Green and Klay Thompson did everything in their power to keep Golden State alive in Game 3. They combined to score 72 points, with Green also racking up nine rebounds and eight assists.

The problem was no other Warriors player scored more than 10 points. Harrison Barnes was the only Golden State player besides Green and Thompson to make a three-pointer.

The Trail Blazers have enjoyed the friendly confines of the Moda Center, winning all three games they played at home against the Los Angeles Clippers in the opening series after going 28-13 there during the regular season.

Portland had great balance on offense, with three players scoring at least 22 points and Allen Crabbe contributing 10 points off the bench.

Damian Lillard played like the superstar that Portland needed him to be, scoring 40 points and dishing out 10 assists.
