Some preach to do as they say but not as they do.

You'll be hard-pressed, however, to find someone who shouldn't follow the advice and imitate the actions of Ida Keeling.

"If you've got a will, you'll find a way," said the soon-to-be 101-year-old running enthusiast moments after her record-breaking dash in last weekend's Penn Relays.

Keeling's will carried her 100 meters in only one minute and 17 seconds—the fastest time of any athlete over the century mark.

Amazingly, she still had energy to spare; in front of an inspired Philadelphia crowd, the centenarian did post-race pushups and stretches with ease.

"I don't want to let nobody drag me down," Keeling said.

In achieving that goal, it seems she's found success.
