Enzo Amore Injury: Updates on WWE Superstar's Concussion and Return

One day after the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, Amore made his first appearance since suffering the concussion alongside his tag team partner, Big Cass, via WWE:

Enzo has been pulled from all live events until at least May 20, according to Andrew Ravens of Wrestling News.
Details of How Enzo Suffered Concussion at Payback
Enzo's concussion came minutes into the first match of WWE Payback, a No. 1 contender's match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. He and Big Cass were taking on The Vaudevillains, and Simon Gotch attempted to toss Enzo out of the ring. But Enzo's head hit the second rope, and he fell out of the ring.
He remained motionless on the floor before medical personnel stretchered him out of the arena. He was taken to a local Chicago hospital before being released later in the night, per WWE on Twitter:
Now Amore is back, and he and Big Cass could be inserted into the tag team title picture once again.
