"The Real Madrid superstar has now failed to complete his last three training sessions, and left the field after being pushed by Dani Carvajal," per the Mirror's Ed Malyon.

"Ronaldo has been struggling with injury since limping off against Villarreal last month. He tried to stretch out his left thigh after the clash with Carvajal and goalkeeper Kiko Casilla but, after discussion with physios and medical staff, left the session early," added Malyon.

CR7 Still Key to Madrid Success

The 31-year-old has been in typically imperious form this season, netting 51 goals and providing a further 15 assists, according to Transfermarkt.

Los Blancos are at their potent best when Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale are all on the pitch, though, so the Portuguese superstar's fitness will be keenly examined during the season-ending clash.
