Rob Gronkowski Finally Joins the Running Man Challenge

It was only a matter of time before the NFL's biggest party boy joined sports' biggest dance craze. 

That's right. New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski busted out the Running Man Challenge during a bro-tastic workout complete with box jumps and medicine balls. 

Gronk posted the video to his new (and delightful) Instagram account Friday.
