When athletes get drug-tested on April 20, they can't help but laugh.

That's because the day is more commonly referred to as "4/20," a term connected to marijuana, so April 20 is known for being an occasion to celebrate weed.

But athletes better be careful about joining in on the celebration—because you never know when you'll be "randomly" tested. And as Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk noted, Wednesday is the day the National Football League can start testing players.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell has been in trouble with the NFL in the past due to marijuana problems. In 2014, Bell and then-teammate LeGarrette Blount were arrested for possession of marijuana, and Bell was also charged with driving under the influence. The Steelers star was ultimately suspended for two games as a result of the incident.

Well, April 20 has come around again, and Bell found himself the subject of a "random" drug test:

It's all fun and games to joke about the situation, as long as you pass the test.

Don't worry, Steelers fans. Bell says there's nothing to worry about:
