Atlanta Hawks Mascot's Attempt to Hop from 1 Section to Another Goes Horribly

Ouch. Right in the feathers.

During Tuesday's Game 2 against the visiting Boston Celtics, the Atlanta Hawks mascot had a disaster.

Harry the Hawk was trying to hop from one section of seats to another, but he misjudged his leap. The mistake proved costly.

The mascot nailed himself in the last area a male bird would want to be nailed in.

It seems that Harry the Hawk did more than simply ruffle a few of his feathers.

After a lengthy battery of tests were conducted, the mascot was diagnosed with groin trauma—an injury that will more than likely keep him out of any Game 3 action, particularly chair-hopping.
