Fan Makes Mix of Hard Fouls on Jeremy Lin, Draws Response from the NBA

Hsiu-Chen Kuei, a 48-year-old fan of Jeremy Lin, felt that her favorite player was getting excessively knocked around on the court this season.

So she took matters into her own hands.

As Andrew Keh of the New York Times reported on Friday, Kuei edited clips of what she thought were flagrant fouls for six straight nights in three-hour intervals.

The video, published on April 5, went viral and drew close to a million views on YouTube.

"I'm just happy that people are noticing this," Kuei told Keh on Tuesday. "It's not about views. I didn't get money or anything. I didn't want attention. I just want Lin to get fair calls."

On Friday, the NBA issued a thorough, stat-based response to Kuei's argument.
