Liverpool Transfer News: Major Ousmane Dembele and Andre Dozzell Rumours
Liverpool have reportedly scouted Rennes' Ousmane Dembele extensively amid widespread interest in the youngster.
According to French outlet RMC (h/t the Daily Star's Alex Harris), the Reds have "regularly" sent scouts to monitor the 18-year-old's progress, and he has also attracted the attention of Manchester United, Arsenal, Barcelona and Bayern Munich among others.
The winger has been in stunning form in a phenomenal breakout season, netting 12 goals and assisting five in just 21 Ligue 1 appearances to help fire his side into fifth place.

BT Sport Football shared two of the goals from his sublime hat-trick against Nantes:
His impressive form has seen him break into France's youth setup, per French football writer Jonathan Johnson:
Indeed, should he continue to produce such magnificent performances, he could even be an outside bet to make their senior squad for the UEFA European Championship this summer, though he would have to unseat one of the many talented and more experienced players ahead of him.
FourFourTwo's Andrew Gibney lavished high praise on him:
So too did Julien Laurens for BT Sport:
Liverpool have a vacancy in their attacking midfield positions alongside Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino, and despite his tender age, Dembele's pace and obvious eye for goal make him an excellent candidate to take that position.
However, according to Goal (h/t Harris) he is not thinking about his future: "I am well, I do not let [the rumours] go to my head, I am only thinking about what happens on the pitch, about football. It's a good feeling. I am keeping my head on straight."
With so many of Europe's top clubs interested, landing him would represent a real coup for any side.
The Reds have also reportedly been scouting Ipswich Town youngster Andre Dozzell and lead the chase for his signature, per the Mirror.

Dozzell is the son of former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jason Dozzell, and the north London club, along with Arsenal and West Ham United, are also thought to be interested in him.
Ipswich will reportedly receive £1.5 million in compensation if he moves on.
