NFL Free Agent Arian Foster Surprises Mother with Message from The Rock

No. 23 may no longer be scoring touchdowns for the Houston Texans, but he likely just scored an unlimited supply of brownie points with his mother, Bernadette Sizemore, who, according to the running back's post, is "in love with" Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

While on set with the wrestler-turned-actor for an undisclosed project, the NFL free agent asked Johnson to record a message for Sizemore as an early Mother's Day present. 

To say that she was pleased with the result would be an understatement:

Fortunately for Johnson, the greeting was not exchanged in person—a sentiment that both Foster and his mother shared.

And although his reaction was nothing compared to that of his mother's, Foster appeared pretty tickled by the moment as well. 

Perhaps that's the smile one wears when he's officially elected "Son of the Day."
