Fernando Torres scored in a third consecutive game for Atletico Madrid to bring Diego Simeone's side level in their La Liga clash away to Espanol on Saturday.

Atletico fell behind to Papakouli Diop's header in the 29th minute, but six minutes later Koke found Torres' run with a brilliant lofted pass.

The former Liverpool and Chelsea striker then showed good composure to take the ball down and fire across the goalkeeper into the bottom corner.

Atletico then took the lead after 58 minutes when top scorer Antoine Griezmann found the corner with a low left-footed strike, Koke again the provider.
