J.J. Watt Shows Progress from Sports Hernia Surgery with Box Jump Video

It looks like Houston Texans star J.J. Watt is bouncing back nicely from injury.

Watt underwent sports hernia surgery after the Texans got bounced from the NFL playoffs by the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card Round. Less than three months later, he looks like he is back to his normal self.

Performing a box jump and playing in an NFL game are two entirely different things. It's good news for the Texans, however, that Watt is already back to the grind.
