Eva Marie is normally a heel, but she'll apparently be a face on Sunday. WWE announced Monday that she'll be joining a 10-Diva tag team match at WrestleMania 32.

Marie will join Natalya, Brie Bella, Alicia Fox and Paige to take on Lana, Tamina, Naomi, Emma and Summer Rae during the Showcase of the Immortals.

WWE provided this clip of Marie returning to the main roster in a move the Brooklyn, New York, crowd didn't seem to care for on Raw:

Marie returned to Raw after Emma defeated Paige with the help of Lana in a one-on-one match. A brawl ensued on the outside between the nine participants in Sunday's tag team match before the redheaded Diva returned to the ring and charged after Lana.

After the ring was clear, with Marie and Paige, Natalya, Bella and Fox standing tall, the four faces seemed both shocked and annoyed that Marie decided to join their team.

The reaction to Marie's return was unique. The lone active Bella twin was so baffled by this that she may consider joining the other team:

Bleacher Report's Mike Chiari thought this move was hilarious:

Inner Wrestling Nerd had to go into the GIF jar to sum up this booking decision:

The bulk of Marie's time on TV lately has been on Total Divas or NXT. During her stints on NXT, she was a heel, so that's why this decision by WWE is an odd one. It was an attempt by the organization to get people excited, but it only baffled fans inside the Barclays Center.

It's uncertain what this means for WrestleMania and beyond. There's a chance Marie could turn face for good, but the thought she could turn on her team is also a possibility. There wasn't enough buildup in this match to determine what WWE wants to do with Marie going forward, but it'll be interesting to see how she fares on the main roster.
