Demetrius Jackson Steal, Layup Lifts Notre Dame over Wisconsin in Final Seconds

Demetrius Jackson turned on the late-game heroics Friday.

The No. 6 Notre Dame Fighting Irish junior guard stole the ball from Nigel Hayes right after the No. 7 Wisconsin Badgers inbounded in the final seconds of their Sweet 16 matchup, laying in the go-ahead basket with ease.

Moments later, Jackson sank a pair of free throws to give the Irish the 61-56 win over the Badgers. They'll face the winner of the North Carolina-Indiana matchup in the Elite Eight on Sunday.
