Arsenal Stars Celebrate Holi Festival by Covering Each Other in Colour

Tom WebbMar 24, 2016

Hector Bellerin, Mohamed Elneny and Nacho Monreal took some time out of Arsenal training this week to celebrate the Holi festival.

Recognised primarily across India and Nepal, Holi is a joyful celebration also known as the festival of colours and the festival of sharing love.

It spans two days around the full moon that signals the end of winter and the beginning of spring, and it involves people singing, dancing and throwing coloured powders over each other.
