Is It Worth Trading Up for the No. 1 Overall Pick in the 2016 NFL Draft?

The Tennessee Titans own the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft, and general manager Jon Robinson said it will take a "king's ransom" to pry the pick away, per ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky.
