Retired Boxer Floyd Mayweather Poses with Wads of Cash: 'I'm Proud to Be a King'

The 49-0 boxer reiterated both that fact and his retirement on Monday night by posing with stacks of cash and wearing, perhaps as an added caption, a hat with "$1M" on it.

In an Instagram post he urged his followers to read, the 39-year-old poured cold water on rumours that he might return to the ring, declaring his pride in living the "American Dream" and watching his bank balance grow.

"Making seven figures monthly without moving a finger just further proves that I've made brilliant investments and decisions that allow me to walk away from the ring comfortably," he said. "I'm proud to be a king."
