Penn State all but has this championship wrapped up, as it holds a healthy lead over second-place Ohio State by 24.5 points.

Here is what the team standings look like heading into the championship round:

1. Penn State 114.0
2. Oklahoma St. 89.5
3. Virginia Tech 82.0
4. Iowa 81.0
5. Ohio St. 78.0
6. Missouri 70.5
7. Cornell 59.0
8. Nebraska 58.0
9. Michigan 50.5
10. NC State 49.0

The championship round will begin at 8 p.m. ET. Five Penn State wrestlers will compete for a national championship in their respective weight classes. Ohio State, meanwhile, has just two, as it looks like it will fall short in its title defense.

If the Nittany Lions are able to wrap up the team title Saturday, it will be the school's fifth national championship in six years.
