In yet another example of the bizarre nature of this Premier League campaign, we are in the midst of a weekend where Crystal Palace's match with Leicester is significantly more relevant to the title race than the Manchester derby.

With their 1-0 win at Selhurst Park on Saturday, Leicester went eight points clear at the top of the table—an enviable status they will hold at least until Tottenham host Bournemouth on Sunday.
