Liverpool Fans Get Surprise Training Session with Daniel Sturridge

A lucky few Liverpool fans enjoyed a surprise training session with Daniel Sturridge after winning a mysterious competition that started in the club's megastore in the city centre.

After unwittingly entering the competition via a computer in the shop, the bemused fans were whisked away in a taxi waiting for them outside the Liverpool One store.

Next they were dropped off at a Subway sandwich store in town, where none other than club legend John Barnes was waiting behind the counter to serve them with a pair of football boots.

From there they headed to the club's Melwood training ground, receiving a personalised shirt on the way, before being greeted by a waiting Sturridge.

The shocked fans then enjoyed a personalised training session with the England striker...something they certainly weren't expecting when they popped out for some shopping earlier that day.
