Vincent Goodwill of CSN Chicago reported Gasol will play Saturday against the Orlando Magic, although he will be on a minute restriction.
Gasol Lone Bright Spot in Disappointing Bulls Season
In a season that has been dominated by injuries for the Bulls, Gasol has been the one constant presence. He's tied for second on the team in scoring, first in rebounds and third in assists.
The Bulls have fallen out of the Eastern Conference playoffs, hovering around the .500 mark. Joakim Noah's shoulder injury in January, which required season-ending surgery, was the first domino to fall in Chicago's collapse.
Jimmy Butler's knee injury, which continued to linger even after he returned on March 5, came in the midst of the Bulls' downfall.
